40 Days of ... Art - Day 12 - encaustic art 2

Hello,

So I saw that there was a slight issue with my blog and the post I did yesterday was not online, it was still in "concept". So I put it online a couple of minutes today. My apologies if you came looking for the art piece and didn't find something new. But on the other hand you'll get 2 post today.

My post today is also with encaustic art because I so liked to do it yesterday that I had to play with it again today. I didn't had the same vibrant colors than where at disposition in the fair yesterday making it a bit difficult to take in picture but the result is quite nice.

40 Days of ... Art - Day 10 - G45 mini tray

Hello,

With some leftovers from my Graphic 45 Couture Collection paper I made an altered tray. It is kept fairly simple because I really want to use it. 

To use it I just need to add some epoxy gel or a few codes of clear varnish to protect the paper.

The quote is so nice, it would be an ideal tray for when you want to serve a cup of tea.

 What would you like to see me make? Anyone has requests?

Mardi Grass is passed for some days now and yet I'm reverting to a mask today.

It would be perfect for a masked ball. 

I just love these Venetian mask, they are always so feminine an sophisticated.

I always like to have a bit of a stock of birthday cards because you often need one last minute.

So today I made a few of the cards that I call "The Tim Holz Cupcake goes 80's style" cards.

The vibrant layered background is so fun to make and these cards actually always make me happy.

Time was not on my side today and so I opted for a sweet & simple Tag with lots of Prima products.

One week of 40 days of Art, and I love it a lot, I can't say that I know what I will post for the next 33 days because I really am seeing where the journey is taken me and it is really exiting.

Today I was doubting what to put on. I finally decided on a 6 by 12 canvas piece. 

I just love this clock but sadly I don't  use it often enough so it was great using it in this Canvas.

I also entered this canvas in the simon says stamp monday challenge
