40 Days of ... Art - Day 21 - Art Journal Page

Hello,

Art journal pages are not something I show often, because mostly when I make them it is very therapeutic and also something I consider as very private.

Yet I found in this series that I should at least put in one or perhaps a couple, but at least one Art Journal Page. And I found one in a page I did over a year ago when I was testing new stencils and stamps and I was inspired by the weather as well.

Thank you for reading my blog.

40 Days of ... Art - Day 20 - Spring Card

Hello,

We are in the middle of this series, half way there. I've enjoyed it very much so far. I hope you guys liked to see the works I posted.

There is a tradition over here that some childeren do a spring party. And it is costom to give gifts, some asked me what my take would be on giving a card where a gift card could be included.

I liked the challenge a lot and took some of my Graphic 45 papers from the Sweet Sentiments Collection and made this card out of it.

On the left without the gift card, and on the right with a "gift card".

Thank you for reading my blog and if you like to present me with a challenge perhaps I may pick it up and make my take on it.

Have a great week.

40 Days of ... Art - Day 19 - Encaustic Art

Hello,

I'm so so sorry, I wasn't able to put in the time to blog yesterday. I really tried but it just wasn't possible, I guess it was bound to happen at least once with a 40 days series. But no worries it just means you get two post today :)

My yesterday post is about encaustic art again. It is just such a nice product and so much fun to do.
The pictures are a bit from a weird angle but it's the only way i found (for the moment) to show you the true vibrance of the colors without having the flash light reflecting in the encaustic pieces, because they are not only deep and vibrant in colors they also are so glossy shining.

Those are actually card panels, and here I mounted some of them on the cards already. I just love the look. And they are flat so really nice if you want to mail them.

Thank you for reading my blog.

40 Days of ... Art - Day 18 - book pages

Hello World,

I wanted to show you something I didn't show yet, and it became bookmarks.

The front is shown in the first pictures and in the second the backs of the bookmarks (same bookmark in the same place, I just flipped them around).

Thank you for reading my blog today.

40 Days of ... Art - Day 170 - Zentangle

Hello,

Today a piece of train Art, meaning that I made it on the train while commuting.

I always have this little bookies in my bag and I was kind of finished with the dull brow look. So I revamped it and made it cooler.

Have a nice weekend.

40 Days of ... Art - Day 16 - tag & canvas board

Hello,

Today I finally made the tag that inspired me since I saw the Tim Holtz his post for his 12 tags of 2015 series.

It really got me inspired and wondering how would it look an a 4 by 6 canvas board. So I took one out and just experimented.

I made the tag and the canvas board along side one and another and must say that I like the result a lot.

The tag is on the left and the cardboard on the right hand side.

What do you think? which one do you like the most?

Thank you for reading my blog, enjoy your day.
